Paul René Methode Cap Classique is a premier producer of bottle fermented sparkling wine. From the Robertson region in South Africa, it produces a Brut which is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes and a Brut Rose' which is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. All our grapes are picked by hand and whole bunch pressed. All our bottles are aged on the lees for no less than 24 months.
