Paul Wallace Wines

Paul and Nicky Wallace purchased their Elgin farm in 2003. Paul is a well known viticulturist. Here at last he could set about creating his own piece of paradise. They currently have 12 hectares under vineyard, with a possible four yet to be planted.

The Paul Wallace brand was launched in 2013 and encompasses a Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Bordeaux Styled red and in wet years a Sauv Bl. Noble Late Harvest.

The Off the Record Range is a project of the heart, vinified by their son Bobby Wallace, who has recently taken up the mantle of winemaker for both ranges of wines.
