Constantia White (Current Vintage) 2020

Bold, tropical fruit with delicate aromatics of lime, green fig and orange blossom. Exuding fruit purity, as well as some citrus and waxy flavours, this refined blend boasts terrific freshness, good fruit concentrate and depth, yet remains elegant with stony mineral nuances. Its fresh acidity is beautifully balanced with a mouth-coating creamy texture, courtesy of barrel fermentation and maturation on the lees for 7 months.
