Bonnievale Wines has four modern cellar facilities processing 25 000 - 28 000 tons per season. The four facilities enable Bonnievale Wines to manage each of the grape and wine classes indepentently. The area extends to within 100km from the ocean and includes two rivers (the Breede and Riversonderend)and hills and mountains that offer a variety of slopes and micro-climates. With the strict policy of only bottling the best, Bonnievale Wines has managed to establish a reputation for excellent consistent quality.
