Dark, deep purple-red colour. A very complex nose with nuances of spice, cloves, pepper, cedar, dark fruit - developing into fresh violets after a while. Lingering taste of salty dark chocolate and infused cherries. The wine has a full-bodied mouthfeel, with smooth and silky tannin structure
