Description
Fruit is sourced from the property in the cool climate in the Upper Hemel and Aarde, Walker Bay Region. The cooled grapes are pressed using reductive methods the juice is then innoculated and fermented at cool temperatures. The colour of the wines has a vibrant green heart with a lime rim. The nose shows a melange of kiwi fruit and gooseberries, passion fruit and flint. The freshness from the natural acidity leaves a lingering palate of lime and lemon flavours.
