Description
VINIFICATION Grapes were harvested at three ripeness levels and vinified separately. Fermentation happened in tanks over 2 to 3 weeks, left on the lees for 2 months, blended, stabilized and bottled. Winemaker’s comments An unwooded Chenin Blanc with a pale lemon colour, a bouquet of pineapple and passion fruit with a full rich taste followed by good acidity giving the wine balance and a lingering after taste. Enjoy on summer days over lunch with your favourite chicken salad or fish cakes.
