The Bowline refers to the King of all knots and so does this blend: it ties the knot between these two cultivars.An expressive nose leads with aromas of herbaceous Cape coastal fynbos, fig leaf and blackcurrant. On the palate, the wine opens up to reveal quince, kiwifruit, green asparagus and prickly pears, creating a beguiling and complex wine with a broad palate combining all that is green and fresh from the Sauvignon Blanc, with the textural creamy weight of the Semillon.
