Stark-Condé handcrafts premium wines from organically-farmed vineyards. We received full organic certification in 2022. The pristine and picturesque estate in Jonkershoek Valley is nestled between towering mountains, and the high-altitude vineyards are planted in rugged terrain as high as 550m above sea level. Winemaking is kept as simple and natural as possible. The estate is known for producing distinct Cabernet Sauvignons, grown at differing altitudes.
